As Sales and Business Executive at Honchō, you will play a crucial role in growing our new business pipeline. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan new initiatives to attract new clients, build relationships with prospects and meet monthly targets.

  • Build relationships with prospects to establish rapport and help convert to new clients

  • Meeting or exceeding sales KPIs

  • Planning new initiatives and working with Marketing Manager to attract new business

  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities

  • Helping with pipeline development and management 

  • Help in identification and contacting potential new clients using phone, email or LinkedIn to gauge interest and plan meetings

  • Maintenance of CRM system and lead records

  • Attending conferences and industry events

Key Requirements

  • Experience in sales or related field

  • Ability to multitask

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Confidence with networking and making phone calls

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience using HubSpot is a bonus
