We provide a roadmap with an hourly breakdown of work due to be completed each month. All time spent on our client accounts is tracked with software for full transparency.

Do we implement the work directly?
Our experts can implement most on-page SEO improvements and content directly onto your website where CMS functionality allows. For more technical improvements we will liaise with your website developers.

How long does it take to see results?
SEO is an ongoing strategy but that doesn’t mean results can’t be seen quickly. At the beginning of each relationship we run a full audit and provide a forecast of what results we’d expect to see.

Do we provide reporting?
We provide real time reporting to all clients through an online dashboard taken from your Google Analytics data.
We also provide in-depth monthly reporting of performance that we present in a monthly meeting.

We will work with you to establish KPIs based on your business objectives. Common SEO metrics are traffic, conversions and revenue.

How do we charge for SEO?
We charge by the hour, usually in segments by the day and half day. For retainer clients we provide a monthly roadmap with tasks assigned to calculate the monthly fee.
This amount will never change without prior client approval.
