Q&A with Dani Heron, Paid Social Executive

Q&A with Dani Heron, Paid Social Executive

Another recent social hire – this time, on the paid side of things! Dani joins the paid team after studying fashion marketing and putting what she learnt in an internship to use.

Alright Dani! So, how did you get into marketing?

I studied Digital Marketing for Fashion after my A-Levels, and then completed an internship at Welligogs.

Ah, so you’re into your fashion! What do you enjoy most about your job?

It’s exciting working with clients to put together their campaigns, and actually put ‘ideas’ into action.

Have you got a favourite campaign or client you’ve worked with so far?

I’d have to say a current client: Ariat. I’m horse mad and will never not be interested in them as a brand and client – all very exciting for me!

There’s nothing better than working with a brand you adore! Do you have any tips or advice for your younger self when starting your career?

Believe more in yourself and say yes to as much as possible. Doubt is so limiting.

That advice matches our company values. Enough about work, what does your ideal weekend look like?

My ideal weekend would involve horses, dog walks and shopping!

Sounds lovely – any interesting hobbies?

Apart from horse riding, my hobbies are yoga, reading and dancing in the kitchen.
