Organic Social Media Account Manager/Specialist
Summary
Honchō are looking for an Organic Social Media Account Manager/Specialist to join our growing team. Based in our idyllic countryside HQ in Hertfordshire or part remote, this is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of our key organic social accounts and steer the growth of the department and organic social proposition.
We are looking for someone highly creative, that has proven experience of creating thumb-stopping content. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience working agency or client-side, strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for all things social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing social media strategies that meet the clients core KPI
- Analysing the long-term needs of our client’s social media strategies and compiling quarterly reports (QBR)
- Creating captivating content for our clients social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends for both internal and external use
- Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the client, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Grow the social media offering and take part in new business opportunities
- Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy

- Presentation skills within small groups
Nice to haves experience and skills:
- Experience using social listening tools
- Basic knowledge of paid social
- Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management tools
