Microsoft and Yahoo! Join Forces in Search Deal

Microsoft and Yahoo! have been given the go ahead by the U.S. Department of Justice and the European Commission to join forces in a ‘search alliance’. Under the terms of the deal, Microsoft will supply Yahoo! with search results from Bing, whilst Yahoo! enhances those listings through integration of content and suitably structured information about key topics.
