It’s been a week already since the wonderful awards night for the inaugural Hertfordshire Digital Awards, were we thankful to be the headline sponsor, and what a night it was!
Meeting at the Holiday Inn, Stevenage a little bit early so we could set up for our SEO consultations, we got to have a look round the wonderful job Iain and the Premio64 team had done. Things were set for a top night and the finalists started to arrive all glammed up.
With a little bit of networking before entering the main venue, everyone was getting in the mood nicely (the drink had started to flow, obviously!). Dinner was great, but everyone was waiting for proceedings to get underway, but no-one had to worry as we were in good hands. Robin was the host for the awards and made everyone feel at ease.
I won’t recap on all the winners, as there were 14, whilst there have been some great posts from some of the winners over the week (PiDesign have done a great job with rounding up all the winners in their post).
But what we have seen is some great posts from winners and finalists on their involvement (see below) as well as a real sense of pride in being involved in these amazing awards. It has reinforced our belief that there are some amazingly professional, and more importantly creative and talented businesses and individuals in Hertfordshire.
We really enjoyed our time being involved in the awards. Not only were all the finalists great to chat to and be involved with, but also it’s great to be part of what feels like a real digital movement in Hertfordshire.
